Obtain greater visibility and traceability in the coffee supply chain, by recording and tracking the coffee beans purchased, processed, packaged and sold by Toks, ensuring the integrity of your coffee supply chain and allowing you to better differentiate products of coffee.

 

Validate and ensure quality throughout every step of the supply chain and help expand coffee product lines to enable new and innovative business models for more ethical and sustainable production for coffee growers.

The cooperative receives the coffee fruit from the producers

  • The collection ticket is generated.

  • The ID number of the transaction is generated in the blockchain.

The coffee is manufactured in the dry mill, identifying lots by producer.

 

  • An entry is generated in the blockchain to identify the process.

The coffee is sent to Toks

  • An entry is generated in the blockchain with the date and the batch information.

The roasting process is done by batch so the beans do not mix and can later be identified when it arrives at the restaurant.

  • The process is carried out in minimum batches of 100 kg identified by producer.

  • At the end of the process, a code is generated in the blockchain to complete the process.
